You most likely have created a guest account through the mobile app.
Here’s how to fix it:
- Open the mobile app and sign up to save your account
- Make sure your Google or Apple account isn’t already linked to another account
Can’t find your subscription?
- Log out and tap PLAY without signing in to return to your guest account
To restore your subscription:
- Log out on all devices
- Use the device you purchased on
- Tap PLAY without signing in
- When your subscription appears, log out
- Log back in with your email on the same device
Tip: Use one device for all steps.
To connect an email to your guest account, contact support.
