Why am I seeing a new account after signing up on mobile?

You most likely have created a guest account through the mobile app.  


Here’s how to fix it:

  • Open the mobile app and sign up to save your account 
  • Make sure your Google or Apple account isn’t already linked to another account 


Can’t find your subscription? 

  • Log out and tap PLAY without signing in to return to your guest account 


To restore your subscription:

  • Log out on all devices 
  • Use the device you purchased on
  • Tap PLAY without signing in
  • When your subscription appears, log out 
  • Log back in with your email on the same device 


Tip: Use one device for all steps. 


To connect an email to your guest account, contact support.
