Mobile: Lost access to your Pro subscription?

If your Pro subscription is missing, you’re most likely logged in as a guest and when trying to sign-in to your account, you were moved to a new account instead. This can happen if you tap PLAY without signing in and then purchase a subscription on the guest account.


Here’s how to fix it: 

  • Log out on all devices
  • Use the device you used to make the purchase 
  • Open the game and tap PLAY without signing in 
  • Once your subscription appears, log out again 
  • Then log in with your email on the same device 
  • You should now have your subscription on your email account


Tip: Stick to one device during these steps.
