Appeal Process for Bans and Suspensions

If a ban or suspension has been placed on your account, it means that either our automated system and/or our moderation team applied that sanction to your account. These sanctions are most commonly related to actions such as Googling, scripting, or using other methods that provide an unfair competitive advantage.

If you believe that this is a false ban and you wish for our team to review this again, you are welcome to appeal this decision. 

Please contact our Our customer support team through the support portal and they will forward your request to the moderators for a full review. Based on the outcome, your sanction may be adjusted, removed, or remain in place. Please note that the result of this review will be final.

When submitting an appeal, please feel free to provide any information or screenshots which may help us in reviewing your case. If you believe that an extension or script may have been related to the ban, please provide a list of the extensions you have on your browser.
