Expedition mode has been a game mode we've enjoyed working on over this past year. Unfortunately, this game mode did not gain the traction we had hoped for, therefor we have decided to retire Expedition mode in July of 2026.
Our team will be focusing more on Single Player game modes and new features that may be of more interest to our dedicated GeoGuessr players.
Please note: Expedition mode should be automatically removed from all accounts. If you still see that it's available to play on your account, it is most likely tied to your subscription. Once the subscription changes, it will automatically be removed.
