The Steam Pass solely grants access to the paid features of the Steam Edition. It does not offer any additional access or benefits for the web or mobile versions of the game. You can check the Steam Edition FAQ for further information.
If you wish to enjoy the benefits of the web or mobile subscriptions as well, rather than the Steam Pass, you will need to subscribe to an Unlimited or Elite subscription via those platforms. By linking your account to the Steam Edition, you will also gain access to the paid features on Steam without needing to purchase the Steam Pass.
