Welcome to the new GeoGuessr support portal.
We have recently switched to a new service. This means all ways contacting customer support previously, no longer exist. From now on all customer support queries must be submitted as a ticket through this page.
You can access the support portal through the following platforms.
- GeoGuessr website
- GeoGuessr Mobile Apps
- GeoGuessr Steam Edition
When navigating to the portal from one of our platforms you will be automatically logged in with your GeoGuessr account. If you are on here in a logged out state and opt to log in, you will be directed to sign in with your GeoGuessr account.
How to use the support portal:
You need to be logged into your GeoGuessr account to submit most tickets with us*
On the portal you can find and read relevant help articles to assist you with your issues. Please search the knowledge base first before submitting a ticket as the articles may help you find the solution to your questions or problems**
If you have multiple issues please try to create separate tickets for each one. This is to keep each ticket as understandable and focused, which in turn will help the support team help you faster.
Please don't create multiple tickets issues for the same problem - This will only result in the ticket queue getting congested and slowing down response times.
*If you have lost access to your GeoGuessr account and as such cannot log into the support portal, you can select the Account Recovery form to contact us and we will do all we can to help you recover your account.
**Some sections are currently under construction but we have the FAQ sections with articles for the most common questions ready!
