Here’s how to fix it:

  • Check your payment details. Make sure the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are correct 
  • Try another payment method, like a different card or PayPal 
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then reload the page 
  • Turn off browser extensions, especially security or privacy tools that might block the payment
  • Check if there are any known issues or maintenance affecting payments


Still experiencing this issue? We recommend the following: 

  • Reach out to your bank to ensure there is no hold or block on the payment/account
  • Reach out to the payment provider (i.e. Paddle, PayPal, Google Play, Apple) to see if they can investigate and assist you further with processing the payment
