We have been receiving reports where players are unable to zoom in game, specifically when using the Firefox browser.
After initial investigations we have identified that this can be caused by adblock and adblock plus being enabled.
In the first instance we recommend disabling these extensions to see if this resolves the issue.
If that does not help:
- Please check if any other extensions or GeoGuessr scripts your are using is not causing the issue, by disabling those.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Firefox installed.
