Not getting the password-reset email?

If you are not receiving the password-reset email, please follow the instructions below.


Steps to take: 

  • Check your spam or junk folder for the email 
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address 
  • Try requesting a new reset link

Still no email? Your account may be linked to Facebook, Google, or Apple. Use that login method to sign in, as password reset emails aren’t available for those accounts.
